After the shift is completed the Dentist will have an opportunity to rate and review a Professional’s work. HOW IT WORKS
For Dentists Looking for a Professional (Dental Hygienist, Dental Assistant, Dental Office Workers)
Register your Business by clicking on “I Am a Dentist” under REGISTER or by clicking on the red “Register Me” button on the right. It is FREE to register. Once you register you will be presented with the Terms and Conditions you will need to accept. The Terms and Conditions will also disclose the associated fees for each job position.
After registering you will receive a confirmation email with a link to a Credit Card Authorization form for you to fill out. Once you are approved…. click on “I Need a Dental Professional” under FOR DENTISTS, or click on The orange button on the right that reads “I Need a Dental Professional” and fill out your needs.
Your request will go out to Dental Professionals whose skills meet your needs.When a Dental Professional answers your post you will be notified via text message AND by email.
You can then pull up his/her profile and read their resume and reviews entered by past Dentists. You then can accept the Dental Professional or turn the Dental Professional down. You have complete control
Even after your posting is filled, the website will continue to staff Alternates in case of a cancellation by a Professional.
Once the Dental Professional’s work is completed you will have to enter the Professional’s time card on the website. This needs to occur within 3 days after the shift is completed. A report will be generated and sent to your email. The report will include our fee along with the Professional’s earned income for the shift. You are responsible for paying the Professional within 7 days after completion of the shift.

Register as a Professional by clicking on “I Am a Dental Professional” under REGISTER or click on the red “Register Me” button on the right. You will receive requests from Dentists looking for your skills in the form of an email and a text message. The requests you will receive will include the job function, as well as, the hourly wage you will be paid.
At any time you can scan open positions by clicking on “Shifts With Open Positions” under FOR PROFESSIONALS, or by clicking on the green “Shifts With Open Positions” button on the right. From here you can apply for the shift opening. The posting on the website will include the hourly wage you will be paid.
Even if a shift is staffed you can still apply as an Alternate. Then if there is a cancellation you will be the first to have an opportunity to fill the shift. You will be paid by the dentist within 7 days after your shift is completed.
